Maybe it was just me, but the main video seemed to just ramble. Yes, there were some good nuggets, but I found it hard to grab them and pull them out due to the style of the voice over.
It would have been a LOT better with a PDF that had notes to guide the viewer as they watched the video. The video just jumped from topic to topic too quickly.
Lots of bonus videos and they were better than the main product. Topics were broken down much better, which made it a lot easier to take notes.
