When someone asks you, “what’s going on”, is your immediate reflex
to say, “not much”? It is for me.
But when you look back over a year, really, quite a bit tends to
happen slowly, incrementally, right?
Looking back over the course of 2011, quite a bit happened, some of
it pretty neat.
For example, Rachel and I had our first full year as partners,
there were some challenges here and there, but we made it.
We launched quite a few products, engaged some pretty cool JV
partners, learned a lot.
I finally wrote the sequel to 5 Bucks a Day after saying I would
for oh, about 3 or 4 years. It took a week, and was a huge success.
I hope you read it.
I also closed down my warehouse business that had been running
since 1998, in order to fully concentrate on Internet marketing, as
if I hadn’t been already. 
Rachel and I both reached our goal of having a WSO of the Day, and
saw a bunch of other Earn1KaDay’ers do that also.
We started a coaching program in January and out of that came an
idea for another membership site, which we turned into Product
Drop, which is doing very well indeed, so you never know.
At the beginning of the year, I was still recovering from my
surgery and relapse, and got a health scare later in the year which
proved to be nothing, so that turned out to be a significant relief.
Personally, also, I decided to follow a dream that I’ve had for
more than half a lifetime and purchased a condo on the oceanfront.
We close on that property in early February.
We also welcomed a beautiful granddaughter to the family in
November, our first, hopefully not the last.
Rachel and I tried some things that failed, tried some things that
succeeded. Same old, same old, as it should be. We probably learned
more from our failures than from our successes, actually.
Another year, another seminar, some more growth inside Earn1KaDay,
plus the Product Drop launch.
Step by step, incremental progress, and though we didn’t reach our
7-figure income goal this year, it’s on the horizon. I think we
know what we have to do whereas last year we were just hoping.
