When Dennis first told me about Product Drop, I hated it.
We had a 35 minute conversation where we both argued our points for and against it, and were both very adamant on both sides.
See… his idea… Product Drop… basically gives you access to tons of products for one low monthly price. You get most of our products, plus many other contributors drop in products too.
I hated it because I thought it was the OPPOSITE of what I preach… FOCUS.
I thought it’d make you feel even MORE overwhelmed, throw in tons of “better ideas” to derail you… and just make you lose focus.
I also thought it was a STUPID business move on our end. If we only charge one low monthly price for most of our products… we LOSE money.
Now that I’ve thought about it more, though…. here’s what I am feeling:
1. You’ll get lots of products focused on YOUR GOAL.
Like I said, Product Drop gives you a LOT of products. I don’t like that.
But you’ll also get a lot of products focused on YOUR GOAL.
So if you’re an offliner, for example… go into the “Offline” category and get a bunch of offline products to help with your goal.
Affiliate marketers – go under the “Affiliate” category and get a bunch of affiliate products…
And so forth.
2. The biggest selling point for me: MAJOR Quality Products.
I was afraid that Product Drop would become a mishmash of crap.
Sure, I trust Dennis, but I don’t know all these other contributors.
But Dennis assured me that we have some outstanding contributions from people.
There are products that really made a difference in my life in there.
In fact, we paid a handsome fee to license a course from one of my Top 3 Marketers. (Under our arrangement, we’re not allowed to say his name… but if you shoot me an email and ask for the products in there I like the most, I’ll let you know what products they are.)
We’ve also got items in there from Jason Fladlien, Eric Louviere, and other people I really trust.
And then of course the courses that Dennis and I put out, and I know firsthand how much heart we put into those products.
3) Product Drop will save you a lot of TIME.
You won’t have to go through tons of different email lists trying to find products relevant to your goals.
You can also comfortably unsubscribe from a lot of lists without feeling like you’re missing something.
You can stay OFF the WSO boards.
Products, directly relevant to your goals, will be there and ready for you whenever you want to check in.
This gives you more time offline, or focused on your goal, or anything but jumping from big idea to big idea.
4) You’ll save at LEAST $70/month… probably more.
You’ll definitely save money by paying one monthly price versus individually spending what you probably already do.
(We ran a survey… the average person spends over $100 a month.)
I’d happily pay less than $50 a month to get hundreds or thousands back in value.
I definitely wouldn’t go through all the products, but even if I went through 2 or 3, it’d be worth it.
5) You’ll get products that will really help you with 2012 goals.
Products like Happy Outsourcing and Action Enforcer are in there, for free, and I know how helpful those are.
So… with all that said… I can confidently recommend Product Drop now.
If all of this resonates with YOU, I recommend you grab a membership now. The price will be going up on Wednesday, so you’ll be grandfathered in forever when you decide to join now.
