Last winter I told you that I was looking for an ocean side condo in
Atlantic City so that I could relax, spend quality time with our
granddaughter away from the hustle and bustle of home distractions,
and just be able to get away from the stress of daily living as
often as I wanted to.
We found one, but the bank didn’t like some things about the condo
association and disapproved the mortgage.
After several more months of shopping and negotiating, we’re close
to closing on another condo, even nicer, less expensive, and a
better view of the ocean.
Perfect. I’m waiting for an email or fax from the realtor with the
final signatures from the sellers, and within 2 weeks I might be
living what’s been a dream for decades, in time for the peak summer
season at the shore.
This is truly, to me, the IM lifestyle, where I can run my business
from my office, my home, or my vacation home, without worry. I owe
it all to my friends like you that have supported me over the
years, and it should make my life a lot less stressful.

Special announcements:
Last night’s web class with Jason Fladlien about how to write more
effective copy in less time was great. Jason has shortcuts to
spending less time while getting higher conversions (and obviously
more money) that anyone could do immediately after watching the
class.
The class went about an hour, and then Jason made the traditional
offer, a pretty good one, but definitely the class part is well
worth your time even if you have no desire to spend any money.

be worth your time to watch, whether you want to write traditional
sales letters, WSO sales letters, email autoresponders, improve
your existing headlines, put up affiliate review pages, or any of
many other copy related activities.
And keep in mind that copywriting jobs can be very high paying, if
you’re good at it. During the class Jason told how he helped
someone improve his sales page 75 minutes before launch and earned
a fee of $30,000.
There was another example of someone thinking outside the box that
helps people split test, and gets a percentage of the improved
conversions. Great stuff, if you know how to do it.
