Good morning.
And actually it’s Good Friday for those who
celebrate Easter.
So Happy Easter and Passover to those who
observe.
I know things are tough and I saw an interview
with Dr. Fauci today urging that we avoid
even traditional family gatherings on this
important time.
He says that things are looking positive for
the near future. Yes, deaths are increasing
but deaths lag new infections, of course, and
the hospitals are seeing a decrease in new
admissions, reportedly.
So stay safe. Our governor made it mandatory
to wear face masks when shopping, which I had
not been doing. I had to buy milk yesterday,
so I complied. A small sacrifice for safety,
and to protect others in case I have the virus
but am asymptomatic.
The coronavirus hit home yesterday. My brother
almost certainly has it. His symptoms are very
mild and his doctor recommended the usual,
which is plenty of fluids, Tylenol for the
fever, quarantine, and let him know if things
get worse.
He’s had the symptoms for 10+ days now, and
they were going away, but they’ve returned.
And yes, he did have contact with a co-worker
who ended up hospitalized after going to a
convention. They had spent time together
at work on a project, and were less than the
recommended six feet apart.
That all being said, it’s obvious that working
from home is the current normal, except for
essential service personnel.
And if you’re someone who deals in training
or services for those wanting to learn how
to earn from home, now is the time to get
out there and advertise what you have
available.
And be positive. I’m positive that we’re a
week closer to this being all over and a
very bad memory.
