Good morning on yet another Friday weekly
wrapup.
I hope you’re well.
This thing just keeps dragging on and on,
doesn’t it?
It’s been around 4 months, and it seems
like 4 years. I can only imagine how my
parents felt when World War II was dragging
on for 4 real years.
I read where it was suggested that the
virus could be knocked out in 2 or 3 weeks
if everyone wore a mask everywhere.
Unfortunately, true or false, it appears
that people value their “freedom” more than
being willing to do that for 3 weeks. It’s
a shame.
On the “light at the end of the tunnel”
front, major league baseball will start
again next week, barring any catastrophes
between now and then. Finally!
Anyway, life and business goes on,
thankfully since many businesses can’t
say that, having been unable to survive
the shutdown. That’s a shame also, I feel
for them because I was one of them once.
I hope you’re doing OK in that regard,
and I’ll talk to you again next week,
maybe with cheerier news.
