Good morning. It’s a brilliantly beautiful
day today, and I love it!
Earlier this week another storm passed
through briefly, and briefly knocked our
power out at home. No big deal, it was
only a few hours.
Last week was Isaias, which did a whole
bunch of damage. I was fortunate and only
had to clean up tree limbs and twigs, but
lots of people lost power for days.
Being in a pandemic makes things even
tougher, I suppose. Some people might
normally go to stay with friends or
family that were unaffected, but that’s
risky now.
Hopefully we’ll all get through the
normally active hurricane season safely.
There are always challenges. It does
make life interesting, right?
If you’re young enough now, many
years from now you can look back on
2020 and maybe not laugh, but at least
marvel at what went on.
Personally, I can hardly wait for that
light at the end of the tunnel to get
brighter.
