Happy Friday and good morning.
Well, this was a week.
The snow started coming Sunday and didn’t
stop until Tuesday, with total accumulation
in my area around 2 feet up to 30 inches.
More than my little snow blower could
handle, so I booked a guy through Home
Advisor.com who theoretically would
arrive Wednesday morning at 9.
An hour before then, they said he would
not be coming until Friday.
Long story short, that’s the last time
I’ll rely on Home Advisor, and I found
a couple guys that were shoveling out
a neighbor’s driveway who were willing
to do the job.
Phew.
It cost me a little more and I had to
make them a couple peanut butter
sandwiches, but it was worth it.
I was really getting stir crazy inside
and unable to move my car.
So today it’s raining and might change
to snow, and Sunday it might snow, and…
I am so tired of winter.
Anyway, if you’re a football fan,
enjoy the Super Bowl, and if not, enjoy
whatever else you’re doing this weekend.
