Good morning.
The first thing I do every morning is
read the morning newspaper.
Even though much of the “news” is old
because I read it online the day before,
I still enjoy this habit.
This morning, the good news came in the
form of the weather report for the next
several days, and news that the CDC is
saying that mask wearing for vaccinated
people is no longer mandatory in most
cases.
That means that the upcoming Memorial Day
and Independence Day holidays will feel
more normal.
I also read yesterday that there are
states with a 0 Covid death rate for
the last week, and even in states that
are not down to 0, it’s very low.
I love good news, don’t you?
