Good morning.
Sunday is Halloween. Are you ready?
Are you a fan of horror films, as they
are being featured now?
I used to love them, and went to the
local movie theater with friends, so
that we could scare the girls sitting
in rows in front of us. Such fun.
That was back when you could see a
double feature for a quarter, and moms
would cherish a day of peace at home.
Now, I’m not a big fan.
To me horror is when I wake up in the
morning and check my crypto stats and
find everything went down.
I’m not a big fan of that either.
Anyway, this week I received my COVID
booster shot. I was supposed to get it
last Saturday, but the big W drugstore,
who gave me an appointment, told me
that they couldn’t give me the shot,
because I was asking to mix my J&J
with Pfizer.
Well, duh! That’s what you gave me the
appointment to do… and after having to
stand in line to check in for 35 minutes,
only to be turned away.
Sheer stupidity.
So I went to CVS on Wednesday and it
went smoothly. I got the mix I wanted.
No side effects, so I guess I’m set
until next year sometime.
Now I can get back to business as
usual, including keeping the forum
members area stocked.
