Good morning.
Quite the week, it was.
We returned from a weekend at the shore
on Monday morning and found a huge tree
limb covering our lawn, undoubtedly
from the windstorm last Friday.
It came from over the driveway, where
my wife’s car was parked,and where mine
would have been if we had been home.
It probably would have smashed my car
but fortunately we were away, and my
wife’s car was out of harm’s way.
And fortunately it didn’t bring down
any wires, which was quite amazing.
It put a new meaning on the fall
season. 
I was able to have the town clean up
everything, since it was their tree.
These things happen.
In other news…
I just read this morning that a
Pfizer board member is predicting
that the Covid epidemic will be
over in the U.S. by January.
That would be nice, but I’ll believe
it when I see it. I did take the Pfizer
booster shot, so I hope he’s right.
Meanwhile, children can now get the
vaccine, which “should” help prevent
the spread. Let’s hope.
Seriously, those of us who work in
single person businesses aren’t nearly
as at risk, are we?
Just another reason to love what we
are able to do.
