Good morning.
Spring is really trying to turn into
a sort of summer, but not quite yet.
Yesterday was a terrific day, temps in
the 70s, sunny, just wonderful.
The azalea plants that I planted
last month are starting to bloom,
which is nice, but…
This weekend including today, not
so much. Rain, colder, windy, yuck.
It’s a shame that Mother’s Day won’t
be really nice weather, but I hope
yours is great anyway, if you’re a
mother or are fortunate enough to
have one in your life still.
According to the newspaper, COVID
cases have increased greatly lately,
after the religious holiday gatherings,
but are less of a concern now that they
used to be. In other words, the hospitals
can cope with the surge, and there are
now more treatment options.
Still, stay safe. The world is a better
place when you’re healthy and productive,
and my wish is that this week is one of
the best ever for you.
